Heat Pipe Module
Thermal module primarily consists of three components: a fan, heat pipes, and cooling fins.
The vapor-liquid fluid circulates between the heat absorption end and heat dissipation end, enabling rapid temperature uniformity on the cavity surface to achieve heat transfer.
